This is a mix of the finest raw London honey with a Chunk of honeycomb. As with all our honey these have been cold extracted from our own beehives around London. The honey and wax can be eaten together. Spread onto hot toast, add to ice cream or yoghurt or use as a cake topper. Chunk honey is also a great addition to cheese boards and grazing tables. This makes a great gift and is a beautiful addition to a food hamper.

Nothing has been added or taken away by the bottling and is as nature intended.
The honey is extracted as and when ready and we are very careful to ensure we only remove the excess and leave the bees with more then they need to continue their hard work of raising new bees and preparing for times of need.
