Something quite unique and available only from Bushwood Bees. Our raw local honey with local pollen we have ethically collected over the course of a year in small amounts. This is limited in quantity. Our regular honey also contains local pollen – for this product we have added in extra local pollen for those that want an extra boost.
Bee pollen has been used for centuries and is a complex food and regarded by many as a superfood. There are about 200 active substances including: amino acids, triglycerides, phospholipids, vitamins, minerals, lipids, proteins, fatty acids, antioxidants, macronutrients and micronutrients flavonoids. The exact nutrient composition depends on the plant source and season collected.

Goes great with yogurt, cereal, granola, salads, over popcorn, blended into a smoothie as a garnish on dark chocolate or multiple other ways.
