Raw Local Honey – Soft Set 8oz

Here we have our own soft set honey, produced by us using a cold process. We make this by mixing our family owned soft set seed honey with our finest Raw liquid honey. Unlike most others we do not use heat in the process and use the cold winter months to allow the honey to set to a fine buttery consistency, as such it is in limited supply.

Nothing has been added or taken away by the bottling and is as nature intended. The honey is extracted as and when ready and we are very careful to ensure we only remove the excess and leave the bees with more then they need to continue their hard work of raising new bees and preparing for times of need.
